Supported means that we had that phone in house and have been tested them before we release new version of apps. Newer Android phones should work theoretically. Just that we don't have it in house and haven't tested them.

The phone restarts? Then I need to somehow test this phone before I know what went wrong. Sounds really weird, I have never seen that before. Do you mind writing an email to ? I need to forward that to our manager to see how we are moving forward since that phone is not on our support list so we don't have it in house now.

which version of Bellus3D app and service app are you running? You should be able to find it in the Help page. Also would you please describe more in detail. When does it crash at what page. If you can do a screen record and send it to me, that would be perfect.

    Thanks George.

I heard back from our developers saying Samsung S4, Pixel 3, Huawei P20 pro work great. We don't have them in house, so I can't really say "we supported officially". You are welcome to try any Android devices. If you need to pick one to get large amount of purchase, you may write an email to . We can discuss about getting it in house and officially support it

Are you referring to tablet? We are trying to find more tablet that has good performance and type c cable. Not much progress cuz there are not many new tablets as cell phones. We heard some news about Huawei M5 at MWC, but it probably won't be released very soon.
If you are talking about cell phone, we had users that use Samsung Note 8 and reported that it worked great.
    Thanks.

I don't think so. Currently we tested on Samsung SM-T820 and Huawei M3 tablet. You may try on other android devices. The UI might be weird since we haven't tested them. Also the performance might be different on different devices.

You may definitely try. It's just that we haven't test it. The UI or other stuff might be weird.
